Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and reliable Water Treatment Technician to join a dynamic technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out water hygiene and treatment services across multiple sites, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. You will play a key role in delivering both planned maintenance and remedial work, while building strong relationships with clients on-site. This position requires someone who is organised, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a wider support team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine water hygiene tasks such as temperature checks, water sampling, and system monitoring
  • Carry out cleaning and disinfection of water systems, including tanks and cooling towers
  • Service and maintain TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves)
  • Conduct testing, analysis, and chemical dosing within water systems
  • Complete both scheduled and reactive maintenance tasks

Client Engagement

  • Act as a primary on-site contact for clients
  • Respond promptly to service requests and queries
  • Accurately complete service reports and documentation
