We are partnering with an established private markets investment manager to recruit an Investor Relations Analyst.
This opportunity suits someone looking to develop their career in investor relations, combining client servicing, fundraising support and investment communications.
Key responsibilities Support ongoing institutional investor relationships, coordinating responses to queries and requests for information.
Prepare investor presentations, marketing materials and fund updates alongside investment and distribution teams.
Contribute to DDQs, RFPs and investor due diligence, ensuring responses are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows and follow-up actions.
Support investor reporting and maintain fundraising materials, data rooms and CRM records.
Work with internal teams to translate investment and portfolio information into clear investor communications.
About you Relevant experience in investor relations, institutional client services, distribution or a related role within investment management.
Understanding of private markets; infrastructure or real assets exposure would be beneficial.
Experience producing client-facing materials and supporting reporting or due diligence processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate across teams.
