We’re working with an established UK investment manager looking to add a Manager to its Institutional Solutions team in London. This is a broad, project-driven position with responsibility for helping deliver key initiatives across the firm’s institutional offering, fundraising and client solutions activities.

The role will involve:

  • Leading and managing institutional projects from initial planning through to delivery
  • Overseeing the production of fund marketing materials, presentations, pitch decks and institutional collateral
  • Coordinating across investment, sales, marketing and wider internal teams
  • Managing multiple workstreams, stakeholders and deadlines
  • Supporting the development and positioning of investment strategies for institutional audiences
  • Ensuring effective use of CRM systems and maintaining high-quality institutional data and materials
  • Supporting wider fundraising and institutional client initiatives

What we're looking for:

  • Experience within asset management, investment management, private markets or a similar environment
  • Strong project-management and stakeholder-management capabilities
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Strong understanding of fund marketing collateral and institutional investor materials
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them through to completion
