I’m working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Group Financial Controller to join a growing, internationally listed business undergoing significant development.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll take ownership of group financial control, reporting and consolidation, while bringing key finance functions in-house and building a robust finance infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead group reporting, consolidation and balance sheet management.
- Oversee statutory reporting, audit and listed-company compliance.
- Implement a new accounting system and strengthen financial controls.
- Own cash flow forecasting, budgeting and financial planning.
- Build and develop the finance function as the business grows.
- Partner with the CFO on wider strategic and commercial initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- ACA, ACCA, CA or CPA qualified.
- Proven Financial Controller or Group Financial Controller experience.
- Strong technical accounting, consolidation and reporting expertise.
- Experience implementing systems and building processes from the ground up.
- A hands‑on, autonomous individual comfortable operating in a changing environment.
