Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Compliance Manager with work planning, forecasting, and scheduling (audits/reviews/data integrity activities).
  • Maintain compliance and quality documentation within accurate and compliant record keeping systems.
  • Support document control processes by ensuring policies, procedures etc., are version controlled, issued and archived.
  • Conduct and support internal compliance and quality audits maintaining clear audit trails for investigations and outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support for external audit activities.
  • Gather, analyse and present performance, compliance and quality data reports to the Compliance Manager.
  • Escalate issues to support risk management.
  • Manage day-to-day compliance and quality issues.
  • Maintain and update the Compliance and Quality SharePoint sites as required.
  • Support the preparation of communications, presentations and other related compliance documentation.
  • Monitor compliance, complaints and quality mailboxes.
  • Log and track customer complaints.
  • Assist with process and procedure development and continual improvement activities.
  • Advocate the development and adoption of processes and procedures to support compliance and quality initiatives with Zenergi.
  • Support data accuracy and compliance and quality systems.
  • Support development of communication and training materials.
  • Support compliance programmes relating to buildings, facilities and H&S provision.
  • Support programme of risk assessment and H&S record keeping.
  • Assist with the development of business cases for change requests.
  • Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement across teams and assist with implementing ‘Continuous Improvement’ recommendations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Problem solving - ability to find solutions to a range of challenges.
  • Organisation and planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Knowledge & Qualifications - Desirable

  • Experience in the energy industry as well as a good knowledge of services and associated regulations.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 45001 and 27001.
  • Working knowledge of internal audit processes.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Experience - Essential

  • Experience in core Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in a data analysis based role.
  • Previous experience in a Compliance and/or Quality Assurance role.
  • Experience in report writing including graphical presentations.
