We’re hiring a Project Manager to join a fast-growing energy infrastructure business delivering large-scale projects that are accelerating the UK’s transition to net zero. The organisation designs, funds, builds, and operates integrated on-site energy systems combining solar generation, battery storage, and intelligent energy management. These systems help commercial and residential developments reduce cost, complexity, and carbon emissions.

This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll manage projects across the full lifecycle — from early-stage opportunity through contracting, construction, and operational handover.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Lead infrastructure projects from opportunity stage through to operational delivery
  • Coordinate internal teams (technical, commercial, operations) and external stakeholders
  • Own project plans, reporting, governance, and stage-gate approvals
  • Manage risks, budgets, milestones, and delivery performance
  • Ensure robust document control and structured change management
  • Support delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder energy infrastructure programmes
  • Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and governance
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience delivering infrastructure, construction, utilities, or energy projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
  • Experience working within structured governance and reporting frameworks
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in complex delivery environments
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Desirable: PRINCE2 / APM / PMP qualification
  • Experience in renewable energy or low-carbon infrastructure projects
  • Commercial awareness within project delivery environments
Why apply?
  • Work on high-impact projects directly supporting the net zero transition
  • Join a fast-growing, purpose-driven organisation
  • Deliver innovative energy infrastructure at scale
  • Collaborate with a highly capable multidisciplinary team
  • Long-term career growth in a rapidly expanding sector
