We have partnered with a leading UK renewable energy contractor specialising in the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of low-carbon energy solutions. The company delivers a wide range of renewable technologies, including solar PV, battery energy storage systems (BESS), EV charging infrastructure, heat pumps, and energy efficiency solutions for residential, commercial, and public sector clients.

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Branch Manager to lead our growing renewable energy operations. As Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day running of the business, overseeing sales, installations, customer delivery, financial performance, and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily operations across sales, installation, and administrative teams.

  • Maintain high standards of quality, compliance, and operational performance.

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives to build a strong and capable workforce.
  • Monitor operational budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable while maintaining strong cost controls and profitability.

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional Organisational & Planning Ability – Proven experience managing multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders while maintaining operational efficiency and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant Industry Experience – Previous experience within the renewable energy, solar, heating, construction, or field service sectors, with a strong understanding of operational delivery and customer-focused service environments.
  • Full UK Driving Licence – Willingness and ability to travel to sites, oversee operations, and support regional business activities as required.
  • Strong Technical & Systems Proficiency – Confident using project management software, CRM platforms, and cloud-based business systems to drive efficiency, reporting, and operational performance.
  • Commercial & Strategic Mindset – A proactive and forward-thinking leader with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement, implement change, and contribute to the long-term growth and success of the business.
