The Green Recruitment Company is supporting the delivery of a major utility-scale solar farm in Lincolnshire and is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the project team. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrical professional with a strong background in site supervision to contribute to a significant renewable energy development. You will oversee electrical activities on site, helping to ensure that work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with the project programme, technical specifications and quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supervising electrical installation and construction activities across the site
- Coordinating electricians, subcontractors and other site personnel
- Monitoring progress against the project schedule and addressing potential delays
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant electrical, health and safety, and quality standards
- Conducting site inspections and supporting the resolution of technical issues
- Maintaining accurate site records, reports and documentation
- Liaising with the wider construction, engineering and project management teams
- Promoting a strong safety culture throughout the project
Candidate requirements:
- A strong background in electrical construction or installation supervision
- Previous experience working on solar, renewable energy or large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred
- A valid SSSTS qualification is essential
- Good knowledge of site health and safety requirements
- Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced site environment
- Full right to work in the UK
