I’m partnering with an established investment manager looking to hire a Manager to support its institutional fundraising activity.
This is a broad role combining fundraising project management, investor relationships and business development across the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation of pitchbooks, fund marketing materials, DDQs and RFP responses.
- Manage fundraising workstreams from initial investor engagement through to subscription and close.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, helping grow the prospective investor pipeline.
- Work closely with investment and marketing teams to communicate fund strategies.
- Attend investor meetings, conferences and roadshows.
- Mentor junior colleagues and oversee the quality of their work.
Ideal background:
- Approximately 4–7 years’ experience in investor relations, institutional sales or fund operations within private markets.
- Experience managing institutional investor relationships.
- Strong writing, project management and presentation skills.
- Exposure to infrastructure, energy or real assets would be particularly relevant.
