A London-based investment platform is looking to hire an Investor Relations Associate to join its growing team. This role will sit within the Investor Relations function and support a broad range of activity across fundraising, investor communications, client servicing, reporting, and marketing materials.
Responsibilities
- Preparing investor presentations, pitchbooks, fund updates and marketing materials
- Supporting RFPs, DDQs, investor queries and due diligence processes
- Assisting with fundraising preparation and investor outreach coordination
- Producing written materials for LPs and institutional investors
- Supporting ongoing relationship management across institutional clients
- Working closely with investment, sales, marketing and senior leadership teams
- Maintaining CRM data, pipeline tracking and investor information
- Contributing to broader capital raising and client servicing projects
Ideal background
