We're looking for a hands-on Asset Manager to join a growing technical team managing cutting-edge solar and battery storage projects across the UK. In this role, you'll combine technical expertise, operational oversight, and client-facing skills to ensure assets run efficiently, safely, and profitably. You'll also play a key part in shaping processes that drive performance improvements and support business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Manage energy storage and solar assets day-to-day
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and respond to asset-related requests
- Monitor plant performance, analyze SCADA data, and investigate issues
- Perform operational control duties, including on-call weekend support if required
- Ensure Health, Safety & Environmental compliance, and perform site inspections
- Prepare reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual) and contractual documentation
- Drive technical improvements and propose innovative solutions
- Support finance with budgets, cost tracking, and general project administration
