The HSE Site Manager is responsible for leading all on-site health, safety and environmental activities across utility-scale solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) construction projects throughout the UK. Working closely with the HSE Country Manager, Project Managers and site teams, the role ensures full compliance with UK health, safety and environmental legislation, company standards and client requirements while promoting a proactive safety culture.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead all on-site health, safety and environmental activities across utility-scale Solar PV and BESS construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation, CDM 2015, company procedures and client requirements.
- Develop, implement and maintain site-specific HSE documentation, including risk assessments, environmental assessments, emergency plans.
