The UK branch is focused on advancing energy infrastructure projects in the UK and Ireland. Role Summary: The Health & Safety Manager will ensure compliance with H&S regulations, promote a culture of safety, and support operational efficiency. This role is critical to achieving business growth while safeguarding workforce well-being, particularly within high-stakes energy industry projects such as HV transformers, BESS, and offshore wind farms. Key Responsibilities: General Duties: Oversee H&S, Environmental, and Quality compliance, including audits and policy implementation. Lead incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and ensure governance aligns with relevant standards. Drive improvement initiatives in H&S, Environmental, and Quality targets. Support training programs, competency records, and compliance with legal requirements. Specific Tasks: Conduct site visits during high-risk activities, ensuring effective safety oversight.
