Job Description Debt Advisory – VP An opportunity has arisen for an experienced VP to work for one of the most highly regarded energy transition banking businesses. The firm is active across five pillars, namely M&A, debt advisory, intermediate capital and power market offtake solutions. They are driving increased deal flow across all pillars and are seeking a VP to focus on the debt advisory part of the business. The successful candidate will join a team of highly experienced, passionate professionals with extensive deal record in debt and equity advisory, structured finance and private equity investments. You will have 6-10 years of debt financing experience and a strong focus on renewable energy. The successful candidate will have worked on both loans and bonds / private placements and will ideally have some limited at least experience dealing with rating agencies as well. Having superb structuring and credit skills coupled with excellent financial modelling skills are a prerequisite and so is the capability to manage the full cycle of a debt advisory process interacting with many potential lenders at the same time.
