About Us:
We are a forward-thinking renewables consultancy committed to driving sustainable energy solutions across the UK. As we continue to expand our operations, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Bill Validation Analyst to join our team.
This is a fully remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK while contributing to the green energy transition.
The Role:
As a Bill Validation Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our energy management team through accurate data entry and detailed analysis of energy bills. You’ll help ensure our clients are being charged correctly by suppliers, identifying discrepancies, and supporting ongoing cost-saving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry of utility bills into internal systems
- Validate energy bills against contractual rates and usage
- Identify billing errors or anomalies and escalate as appropriate
- Maintain and update client billing records
- Support the preparation of reports for internal teams and clients
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
What We\'re Looking For:
- Previous experience in data entry, billing, or financial administration (energy sector experience a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Proficiency in Excel and comfortable working with numerical data
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Must be based in the UK (we cannot offer sponsorship for this role)
