We’re seeking a proactive and commercially minded Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement and supply chain operations across the group. Working closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance, you’ll take ownership of product strategy, inventory planning, and supplier partnerships. This is a high-impact role with strong growth potential, requiring the ability to manage procurement across three distinct legal entities, each with its own credit facilities and P&L.

  • Lead procurement across multiple entities, managing supplier strategy, pricing negotiations, credit terms, and commercial contracts to ensure favourable outcomes and mitigate risk.
  • Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including inventory planning, supplier forecasting, warehousing, and regional distribution.
  • Proactively identify and manage supply chain risks, ensuring continuity of supply and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Utilise ERP data and sales forecasts to optimise stock levels, improve efficiency, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Design and implement a group-wide purchase order process, ensuring a consistent, controlled, and auditable approach across all entities.
  • Enforce procurement discipline across regional teams, eliminating non-compliant or ad-hoc purchasing and driving accountability.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance to align supply chain capabilities with business demand.
  • Support business growth initiatives, including acquisition integration and the development of supply chain infrastructure for new commercial opportunities.

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in supply chain, procurement, or a commercially focused role involving supplier negotiation. Demonstrated experience in contract management and commercial negotiations, with the ability to secure favourable terms.
