As an Electrician within the solar installation team, you will be responsible for carrying out AC electrical work on a range of solar PV installations. You will work closely with the Installation Manager, fellow Electricians, and Solar Panel Installers to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. The role includes commissioning systems and maintaining accurate documentation via the company’s NICEIC portal.
Key Responsibilities- Perform AC electrical installations for solar PV systems on residential and small commercial projects
- Commission solar inverters and battery storage systems
- Accurately document all electrical work using the company NICEIC portal
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults where required
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and health & safety standards
- Collaborate with the wider installation team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard
