We are looking for Business Development Managers (B2B) to join them on a permanent basis. As a BDM, you will work closely with the sales team and the Marketing Director to plan and execute lead generation strategy and drive commercial growth across the UK.

  • Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and reaching out to potential customers through cold calling and canvassing.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create outreach plans that engage new prospects and start meaningful conversations. Consistently meet quarterly sales and activity targets.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including tracking progress and outcomes in the sales CRM.
  • Data Enhancement: Update and improve customer data to ensure better quality, more informed outreach.
  • Personal and Financial Goals: Meet both individual performance targets and financial objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to support business development and organizational growth.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training to develop your skills and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Customer-Centric Focus: Passionate about delivering value to customers, with a history of developing campaigns that significantly impact Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and drive sales pipeline growth.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising tasks across a broad scope to ensure alignment with both short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills: Experience in tracking metrics, conducting performance analysis, and optimising campaign outcomes.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiar with CRM, LinkedIn, digital marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, and tracking systems.

Pay range and compensation package: This is a very exciting role, and the business is flexible on the base salary ranging, Β£50k - Β£60k, dependent on sales experience and sector experience. Offer uncapped commission and have great career progression with this role.
