We’re hiring a Project Manager to join a fast-growing energy infrastructure business delivering large-scale projects that are accelerating the UK’s transition to net zero. The organisation designs, funds, builds, and operates integrated on-site energy systems combining solar generation, battery storage, and intelligent energy management. These systems help commercial and residential developments reduce cost, complexity, and carbon emissions.
This is a delivery-focused role where you’ll manage projects across the full lifecycle — from early-stage opportunity through contracting, construction, and operational handover.
What you’ll be doing:- Lead infrastructure projects from opportunity stage through to operational delivery
- Coordinate internal teams (technical, commercial, operations) and external stakeholders
- Own project plans, reporting, governance, and stage-gate approvals
- Manage risks, budgets, milestones, and delivery performance
- Ensure robust document control and structured change management
- Support delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder energy infrastructure programmes
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and governance
- Experience delivering infrastructure, construction, utilities, or energy projects
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Experience working within structured governance and reporting frameworks
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in complex delivery environments
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Desirable: PRINCE2 / APM / PMP qualification
- Experience in renewable energy or low-carbon infrastructure projects
- Commercial awareness within project delivery environments
- Work on high-impact projects directly supporting the net zero transition
