About the role: As an Account Manager, you'll be the trusted partner for customers across the UK — supporting them day‐to‐day, spotting new opportunities, and helping them get the most value from cutting‐edge mobile battery solutions. Your week might include visiting long‐standing partners, working from home, or spending time with the team in the Bristol office. You'll build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and make sure they feel confident using the company's technology. That includes running training sessions, answering questions, and being the go‐to point of contact for anything they need.
You'll work closely with another Account Manager and the wider Sales team to support customers, grow accounts, and strengthen the company's presence in the UK market. You'll also keep an eye on industry trends and use your insights to help customers operate more sustainably.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing and growing relationships with key partners and customers
- Visiting clients across the UK and supporting them on‐site when needed
- Helping customers understand and use mobile battery solutions effectively

- Identifying opportunities to expand accounts and increase rehire activity
- Working closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth customer experiences
- Staying informed about market trends and the evolving energy landscape
- Contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future through every interaction
What we're looking for:
- 3–5 years' experience in a customer‐facing role, ideally in energy rental or technical products
- Based in or around Bristol, with weekly office presence and regular client travel
- Strong relationship‐building skills and a genuine customer‐first mindset
- Understanding of the energy transition (a big plus)
- Ideally, a network in the UK energy rental sector and some knowledge of battery solutions
- Someone who challenges the status quo, looks for better ways of doing things, and cares about making a positive impact
