Green MP Hannah Spencer is looking for additional case work capacity in her Manchester Gorton and Denton constituency team. Responsible for managing a busy case load, you will need excellent organisational and communication skills, and be flexible and calm under pressure. You should have a strong understanding of the main issues facing constituents and a commitment to ensuring casework informs Hannah’s work, visits, and relationships.
You’ll deal with large numbers of queries from members of the public by phone, email, social media or face to face, draft responses to constituents, and develop relationships with local organisations and stakeholders. The role requires someone who can handle sensitive information confidentially and ensure each case is dealt with promptly and accurately.
