Do you excel at accuracy, thrive on structure, and enjoy keeping financial data running smoothly? If you’re driven, organised, and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to have you on our team.
We’re looking for a Finance Assistant who’s ready to bring energy, accuracy, and initiative to a growing finance department. If you enjoy problem‑solving, building strong internal and external relationships, and keeping financial operations running smoothly, then this role is for you.
Whilst this role is advertised as full‑time, we are open to considering part‑time applications.

Key Responsibilities
- Raise accurate sales invoices in line with agreed pricing, contracts, and terms
- Ensure invoices are issued promptly and correctly
- Maintain and reconcile customer accounts
- Allocate customer payments accurately against invoices
- Monitor aged debt and follow up outstanding balances
- Contact customers regarding overdue payments in a professional manner
- Post cash receipts and reconcile sales ledger balances
- Assist with month‑end close activities
- Produce aged debtor and ad‑hoc reports
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls
- Support audits and work closely with other teams
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Confident using accounting systems and Excel
- Good communication and organisational skills
