The Accommodation Coordinator will be responsible for the overall management, condition, and day-to-day operation of the accommodation facilities (caravans and communal areas). The role ensures that accommodation is safe, clean, well maintained, compliant with company standards and all relevant health and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- To be a first point of contact for employees living at the site, ensuring welfare is a priority.
- To conduct all mandatory weekly health and safety checks at the accommodation site, keeping records up to date and implementing any required actions.
- To monitor the condition of accommodation during checks, reporting maintenance issues, damage or safety concerns.
- To deep clean accommodation for check‐ins of new arrivals.
- To induct all new arrivals to the site.
- To manage check‐out and leaver processes.
- To track arrivals and leavers, managing bed spaces accordingly.
- To maintain communal areas including the grounds.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong administrative, IT and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accommodation units and occupants.
- Experience maintaining accurate records (occupancy, inspections, issues).
- Effective time management and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- High attention to detail in documentation and compliance tracking.
- Fluent in English language (spoken and written).
- Turkish/Russian language skills are highly desirable.
- Ability to communicate clearly with a multilingual workforce using available tools.
- Confident handling sensitive conversations (e.g. welfare, complaints, emergencies).
