7. Re-planting as per planting season cycl
- Harvest either tomatoes or cucumbers from our glass houses depending on which you are assigned to.
- Crop selection as instructed by Team Leader or Block Manager.
- Remove leaf branches in order to promote a healthy crop.
- Twisting plant stems around twine to promote growth in young plants.
- Clip plants to support during growth when stems are too thick to twist
- Clear glasshouses of all crops at the end of the growing season and prepare for re-planting through a cleaning schedule organised by Operations Team.
- Prepare for new growing season by planting new crops.
