The Green House Bristol is seeking a Head of Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for specialist therapeutic services for children, young people and families affected by child sexual abuse. You will lead the continued development and delivery of trauma-responsive services that enable healing and growth.
The postholder will report to the CEO as part of the Senior Leadership Team and oversee service development, governance, safeguarding, staff leadership and partnerships.
