We are a high quality, Welsh and English, fully Organic, Montessori style Day Nursery situated in the city centre of Cardiff (Pontcanna and Roath), Canton, Cardiff Bay as well as Penarth. Here at The Green Giraffe Nursery we aim to create a calm, welcoming and friendly environment for children to learn and grow in, a place where children can feel safe and secure enough to be able to explore and develop independently.
We provide childcare from 6 weeks old up to the age of 5. We aim to recruit the best in the business. Therefore you need to be highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional childcare and wonderful learning experiences. We invest wholeheartedly in our staff, supporting and encouraging them to learn and grow by providing them with up-to-date training and advice and we are offering above average salary.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in the Early Years sector whilst studying with graduate opportunities available in the future or if you are a qualified Practitioner looking for more flexible working hours.
If you are interested in pursuing this early years opportunity, you should meet the following:
- Level 2 or 3 in CCLD or studying an Early Years Degree with EYPS or early years/teaching/education relevant degree is desirable.
- Welsh speaking is desirable but not essential.
- Recent experience working with children is essential.
- Two recent references are required; one of which must be from an educational setting.
