We’re looking for a Sales Administrator who will play a vital role in supporting our sales operations. This role is integral to the business, acting as the first step in the customer journey. You’ll be responsible for accurately profiling new customers, managing data entry into our CRM systems, and liaising with energy suppliers to obtain necessary information. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. For the right individual, there is scope to develop into our Contracts Team, where you’ll learn how to price, complete sales documentation and prepare and submit sales packs for the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain customer data across multiple CRM systems.
- Contact energy suppliers to gather customer usage and contract information.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Ensure all data is handled and stored in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks to ensure efficient handovers.
- Identify and flag any data discrepancies or missing information.
- Work towards set KPI’s and SLA targets.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in an administrative, sales support, or data entry role.
- High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
- Confident communicator – both written and verbal – with the ability to liaise internally and externally.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- GCSE (or equivalent) Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Experience within the energy or utilities industry.
- Knowledge of CRM systems or customer onboarding processes.
