Data & Insights Analyst to join our technical team.
Purpose of the Role
To own the design, accuracy, and insight generation of data and reporting processes across the business.
The role is central to maintaining reliable datasets, developing insightful reports and dashboards, and ensuring the organisation can make confident, data-driven decisions.
- A strong command of
- SQL , familiarity with
- Zoho CRM and
Zoho Analytics , and the ability to build automations natively within Zoho (e. g.
Zoho Flow and Deluge scripting) is desired to deliver high-quality analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Data Ownership & Management
Own the structure, integrity, and reliability of data across Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics.
- Design and maintain
SQL queries that power core reports, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
- Ensure data quality through proactive validation, reconciliation, and exception reporting.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all business data requirements, translating stakeholder needs into robust reporting and analytics solutions.
- Manage and document data logic, definitions, and relationships across key datasets.
- Reporting & Insight Generation
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to track performance across sales, operations, and finance.
- Continuously refine
SQL processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of reporting.
- Deliver ad hoc data analysis and clear, actionable recommendations to support operational and strategic decision‑making.
- Translate data into narrative insight, ensuring stakeholders understand not just the numbers but what they mean.
- Ensure all reports and metrics are traceable back to trusted data sources.
- Automation & Workflow (Zoho-native)
- Build and maintain automations natively within Zoho
(Zoho Flow, Deluge scripting, workflow rules) to streamline manual reporting and data processes.
- Configure automated refresh schedules and exception alerts within Zoho Analytics and Zoho CRM.
- Maintain integrations between Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics using Zoho’s built‑in connectors and tools.
- Monitor automated workflows and system syncs, resolving discrepancies promptly.
- Drive ongoing improvements in reporting efficiency, scalability, and transparency.
- Document and maintain clear procedures for all data and reporting processes.
- Collaborate with finance, product, and operations teams to ensure data processes evolve with changing business needs.
- Champion best practices in data governance, security, and version control.
- Core Skills & Competencies
Expert SQL for data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting.
- Experience with

(or equivalent relational databases/CRMs).
- Strong
Python and analytical skills.
