Integrated hot shop agency is looking to welcome an aspiring Midweight Team into its creative department. With mentorship from the Executive Creative Director and support from the broader team, this is an excellent opportunity to engage with a variety of conceptual briefs, unleash your creativity, and showcase your work in the wild.

The projects will be diverse, spanning multiple channels and work streams. One week, you might be working on social-first content ideas for a global travel brand; the next, a super fun campaign launching a new FMCG into the UK; followed by creating a new brand platform for a FinTech. This experience will provide ample opportunities for you both to keep learning and, ultimately, create work you're proud of.

You are a creative team (copy/art/hybrid) with some experience in an integrated advertising/creative agency setting already under your belt. You are in the process of building a solid portfolio together and are seeking an environment that champions your ongoing career growth, with plenty of chances to progress to a 'Senior' level. You are enthusiastic, brimming with ideas, eager to dive into new challenges, and ready to get involved.

This is an agency where you can bring your whole self to work, and where creativity is central to their success. Recent awards include: Cannes Lions, Creative Pool, Marketing Week.

Salary: in the region of £50k + excellent bonuses, beautiful Central London office environment, hybrid working as standard (3 days pw in the office), lively social environment.
