We are in search of a creative ops professional to become the beating heart of this agency: no one on earth will have a better understanding of the agency's inner workings than you. Your mission will be to:
- Streamline processes across the agency, ensuring that creativity can thrive without being hindered by operational inefficiencies.
- Help the agency scale smoothly, enabling it to continue delivering exceptional results to its clients.
- Collaborate closely with all departments - not just creative, but client service, project management and strategy - to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Firefight when needed, gate keep if required and always search for solutions.
