Estates Projects and Site Support Manager

Contract: Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week
Location: Across Trust academies in the North West
Salary: £41,177-£44,253 (2026/27 pay grades)
We’re looking for a practical, organised estates professional to help keep our schools safe, secure and well maintained, creating environments where pupils and staff can thrive.
You’ll coordinate maintenance, refurbishment and improvement projects from initial planning through to completion, managing contractors, budgets and schedules. Alongside this, you’ll undertake hands-on repairs and maintenance and provide Site Manager cover when needed to keep our academies running smoothly.
You’ll bring strong practical skills, experience of coordinating estates or maintenance projects, and sound health and safety knowledge. A clear communicator and calm problem-solver, you’ll work closely with school leaders and site teams to manage competing priorities and deliver work to a high standard.
A commitment to safeguarding, flexibility to travel across the North West, a full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle are essential.
