We’re looking for a Head Waiter to join the team at our Cubitt House Pub. As Head Waiter, you’ll be a key leader on the floor, delivering warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest while supporting the management team in driving exceptional service standards. You’ll help create memorable dining experiences, leading by example to ensure each visit exceeds expectations and reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests.
- Lead and support the front-of-house team throughout service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas.
- Collaborate with managers and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service throughout the shift.
- Assist with stock management, table settings, and preparation as needed.
- Support the training and development of junior team members.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Support colleagues and contribute to a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar front-of-house hospitality role is essential.
