You’ll be at the heart of our creative engine, producing engaging ads that stop thumbs on TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and more. This isn’t traditional ad-land. We’re creating ads for social channels and we need someone who understands that great creativity drives great performance. You’ll be: We’re looking for a multi-talented Digital Designer who lives and breathes social-first creative. You’ll be at the heart of our creative engine, producing engaging ads that stop thumbs on TikTok, Instagram, Meta, and more. This isn’t traditional ad-land. We’re creating ads for social channels and we need someone who understands that great creativity drives great performance. You’ll be: Designing static and video ads for paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Reels) Editing raw assets into high-performance creatives Collaborating with creative strategists and media buyers on concept and execution Translating briefs into thumb-stopping ads for paid social. Jumping into ad hoc design projects: landing pages, emails, brand content Keeping up with trends in editing styles, formats, and social-first storytelling Skills & Experience Must-haves: 2-5 years of experience in digital design, video editing, or motion graphics (agency, in-house or freelance) Strong portfolio of social-first creatives (especially TikTok/Reels ads) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma A performance mindset – you know how to make good-looking content convert Excellent communication and project management skills in a fast-paced, remote setup Nice-to-haves: Experience with AI creative tools or automation (we use them and love them) 3D or motion design skills You run your own social content or have experience shooting lo-fi creative Why You’ll Love It Here £28 –35k salary depending on experience Fully flexible working – no set start time MacBook provided 5 weeks holiday (+ bank holidays) Learning & development budget Internal Tech that will blow your mind Employee assistance programme 5% pension contribution Fast progression for ambitious talent Remote-first team with global reach and a local mindset How to apply ?
