Senior Quantity Surveyor in Surrey

We are looking for a main contractor s Senior Quantity Surveyor for the newly appointed Finsbury Square office of a leading, Southern Ireland-headquartered main contractor which will see the successful candidate acting as Commercial Lead on a multi-phase estate regeneration in Guildford. Reporting directly to the commercial director, it would best suit a confident Surveyor with 5 to 15 years post graduate experience with reputable main contractors looking for great career prospects with a thriving firm. The opportunity; * Full commercial decision-making responsibility for procurement and agreement of subcontract and client accounts on a 30m town centre development. * Project-based role in Guildford, Surrey. * A very competitive remuneration package including generous annual bonuses. * A very healthy pipeline of further high profile major projects throughout Greater London / Surrey.
