Quantity Surveyor

We have an immediately-available role for a main contractor’s Quantity Surveyor who will join the four-strong commercial team of a 50+ year old family-owned traditional building firm with offices in Peckham. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of a Senior Quantity Surveyor on refurbishment projects to local council-run schools, healthcare facilities, town halls and housing so will have 4+ years’ experience and be looking to develop their career on a broad spectrum of project types with a respected builder. The Opportunity * Stable, long term career development with a profitable main contractor with a successful 50+ year company history. * An office-based role with a forward pipeline of profitable refurb projects in the £100k to £3m value range exclusively located within southeast London. Candidate essentials * Degree or HND in Quantity Surveying. * Experience of main contractor’s accounts management on refurbishment works. * Home location of southeast London / north Kent. With interviews available from w/c Monday 23rd February and employment commencement in February, salary is a competitive £50k to £60k + package
