We are looking for a main contractor’s Senior Quantity Surveyor for a £36m, three block, residential development in the centre of Guildford, Surrey. The role is with the City of London office of a leading Southern Ireland-headquartered main contractor and will see the successful candidate acting as Commercial Lead and reporting directly to the commercial director.
The opportunity includes:
- Full commercial decision-making responsibility for procurement and agreement of subcontract and client accounts.
- A very competitive remuneration package including generous annual bonuses.
- A very healthy pipeline of further high profile major projects throughout Greater London.
Candidate essentials:
- A Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- Project experience gained with main contractors on landmark, residential-led, city centre regenerations.
- A track record of successfully agreeing substantial subcontract accounts including groundworks and RC frames.
