The Grangefield Academy is seeking a literacy specialist to plan and deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions across Key Stages 3 and 4, improving reading, writing, comprehension and vocabulary. Working closely with the English department, SENDCo and classroom teachers, you will monitor progress and help students apply their learning across the curriculum.
