We are seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within a busy clinical environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your nursing skills, support patient wellbeing, and work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal health outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including health assessments, vaccinations, and wound management
  • Assist doctors and other healthcare professionals during consultations and procedures
  • Monitor patient vital signs and record medical histories accurately
  • Educate patients on health management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with data protection regulations
  • Support the organisation of clinics and manage appointment schedules efficiently
  • Ensure the clinical environment adheres to health and safety standards, including infection control protocols
  • Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with best practices in nursing care

  • Qualifications: NMC registered
  • Experience in LTC including respiratory & diabetes.
