Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and skilled full-time therapist (35-39 hours per week) to join our small but dedicated team. The right person will not only excel in their technical skills but will also embody our values of humility, continuous learning, teamwork, and exceptional service.
Experience with professional skincare and spa brands is highly desirable. We work with Thalgo and Pinks Boutique, so familiarity with these brands would be an advantage. However, we welcome candidates who have experience working with any professional product house and are eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional spa treatments, including massages, facials, body therapies, manicures, and pedicures.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism, and guest service.
- Contribute to team collaboration and training, sharing knowledge and learning from others.
- Uphold the spa’s mission, values, and culture in every client interaction.
- Support a clean, organised, and welcoming environment—we tidy as we go.
What We Expect
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or Massage (or equivalent).
- At least 2+ years of hands-on spa experience (luxury spa experience is a plus).
- Passion for health, wellness, and self-care.
- A positive, humble, and team-oriented mindset.
- Commitment to continuous professional growth and training.
- Experience with professional product houses (Thalgo, Pinks Boutique, or similar).
- Proficiency in manicures and pedicures alongside core spa treatments.
- Excellent client communication skills—you’ll create meaningful wellness experiences.
