As a Teaching Assistant Level 1 SEN, you will work under the supervision of teaching staff and the senior leadership team to support pupils' learning, wellbeing, and development.,

  • Supporting small groups of children and implementing Individual Learning Plans
  • Assisting with supervision during teacher absence (short periods)
  • Providing feedback on pupil progress and maintaining records
  • Ensuring equal access to learning for all pupils
