- Has a good understanding of early literacy, numeracy and phonics.

- Can use their initiative, adapt to children's needs and work effectively as part of a team.
- Is enthusiastic, flexible and willing to contribute to wider school life.
- Is committed to safeguarding, inclusion and helping every child succeed.
