We are looking for short term guidance from an L&D expert to help us source and implement a new eLearning provider for our compliance training.

Your help and expertise will enable us to adapt quickly to the loss of our existing provider, determine the best solution for our ongoing needs, and ensure we continue to train and develop our dedicated staff team to provide the best possible care and support to the adults we support.

What will you be doing?
We are looking for short term support and guidance from an L&D expert to help us source and implement a new eLearning provider for our compliance training. We have approximately 200 staff and 100 volunteers who have mandatory compliance eLearning to complete as well as care specific courses.
Your role will include:
- Providing expertise and guidance on the providers available.
- Helping with obtaining quotes (we are very budget driven for this project).
- Quickly identifying a preferred supplier.
- Being a sounding board regarding the setup of the chosen provider, providing guidance on the best use of pathways to achieve our needs (variety of course refresher dates and reporting needs).
- Once we have chosen a provider, providing guidance with regards to the setup of pathways and understanding the language of the providers to ensure it is set up in the best way possible to allow us to monitor our compliance against mandatory courses.
You would be supporting our HR & People Manager and our Training Coordinator who works 1 day a week.
