Imagine playing a key role in growing a dynamic hotel portfolio across London and the South — building strong client relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and helping drive revenue across corporate, groups, meetings, events, and leisure segments. As Sales Manager for the London & South Region, you’ll work closely with multiple hotels and brands across the portfolio, developing new business, nurturing key accounts, and representing Splendid Hospitality Group in the market. What You Will Do In This Splendid Role
- Generating new business opportunities across the London & South region to drive revenue growth and market share across all segments.
- Building and developing strong relationships with clients, agents, and partners across multiple sectors.
- Creating opportunities through proactive lead generation, networking, sales calls, and client appointments.
- Representing the region through site visits, networking events, and industry activity.
- Collaborating closely with hotel teams to maximise opportunities and cross-sell across the portfolio.
- Managing pipeline activity and reporting through Salesforce to ensure accurate forecasting and insight.
- Achieving sales targets and delivering measurable commercial results across the region.
