What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

  • Own the day‑to‑day delivery across key internal channels (including the monthly newsletter and intranet/Mapal) and external platforms (LinkedIn and website)
  • Maintain a clear channel plan, ensuring content is regular, accurate, and aligned to brand and tone of voice guidelines
  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content across a variety of channels
  • Support the delivery of integrated campaigns, from planning through to execution
  • Repurpose content effectively across channels to maximise reach, consistency, and impact
  • Build strong relationships with teams across the business, collaborating to bring key messages to life
  • Advise stakeholders on the most effective channels and formats to communicate their messages
  • Support the coordination of internal and external events, including invitations, attendee management, and logistics
