We’re hunting for a sharp, personable Reservations Team Member to be the friendly voice behind unforgettable guest experiences at The Grand, York. Your role? Turning enquiries into bookings with style, speed, and precision—making every guest’s journey start with a wow.

This is a full‑time role, working 40 hours a week. Our current operating hours are: Monday - Friday 7.30am - 8.30pm, Saturday 7.30am - 7.30pm, Sunday 8.30am - 7.30pm. All shifts and weekends are shared on a rota basis.
