What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:
- As the friendly face of the hotel at night, you'll play a key role in making sure our guests feel comfortable, cared for, and safe.
- A warm, approachable personality that helps guests feel at ease the moment they arrive.
- Confidence in handling late check-ins, guest requests, and those unexpected "night-time" moments with calm and professionalism.
