We are looking for an exceptional Maintenance Team Member that cares for the presentation of the front of house and back of house areas and ensures that everything functions as it should. You will proactively carry out routine maintenance tasks within the hotel and grounds to ensure the safety of our guests and team members.
What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:
- Liaise with hotel management and other departments to conduct room inspections.
- Assess and carry out painting, redecoration, and general maintenance.
- Determine and apply the most cost-effective, durable, and high-quality decorative and repair solutions.
- Perform both planned and responsive maintenance, including preparation, repair, application, and installation work.
- Ensure workmanship meets high standards and complies with Health and Safety regulations.
