What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

  • Lead and coach the maintenance team
  • Manage preventive and corrective maintenance
  • Oversee equipment upgrades and repairs
  • Troubleshoot using control systems and technical diagrams

  • Liaise with Hotel Management and staff to carry out required painting, redecoration and general maintenance duties
  • Carry out all administrative work related to maintenance operations, ensuring all jobs are accurately logged from request through to completion
