What You Will Do In This Splendid Role
- Lead and supervise the security team
- Respond swiftly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies, investigating and escalating where necessary
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and hotel security systems, maintaining accurate records and reports
- Support and train hotel staff on security, fire, and health & safety procedures
- Liaise with law enforcement, fire authorities, and management, ensuring compliance with all hotel policies and legal requirements
