  • Promote resident dignity which is person centred and respects individual choices

  • Provide comfort and reassurance when residents need a little extra care
  • Work as part of a close-knit team to make every day safe, joyful, and fulfilling
  • Ensure all our care is documented and any concerns are escalated to the Nurse in charge
